Holiday Operating Hours
We know it has been a busy year for everyone and like many of you, we are working towards allowing our teams to take a break and recharge for the year ahead.
We ask you to please take note of the holiday hours below, as these may affect your business.
Holiday Hours Customer Service and Sales
- Customer Services and Offices closed from: Friday 20th December 2024
- Customer Services return: Monday 6th January 2025| 8AM to 4PM
Warehousing and dispatch
- Last date for placing orders for pre-Christmas delivery is Wednesday 18th December 2024
- The last day of linehaul dispatch will be Thursday 19th December, local deliveries (Auckland/Christchurch) dispatch will be Thursday 19th December 2024
- Collections will be available from your local branch on Monday 6th January 2025
- The first day of dispatch for linehaul and local deliveries will be Tuesday 7thth January 2025
Please note dispatch means dispatching from the warehouse with delivery due the following day not the release of the order.
