• It’s free to enter by filling in an entry form. This is a nationwide offer which can be entered into by anyone employed as a builder.
• Offer valid till 12am Friday 4 December or until PinkFit® hours last (limited to 1000 hours nationwide).
• Winning entrants qualify for 1 residential new build property worth of free Pink® Batts® installation. Prize includes installation only. Pink® Batts® product not included. Product rate to be negotiated with customers merchant.
• 10 winners will be drawn each week. Installation to be provided in 1 residential property per winning entry. Duplicate entries from one contact or company will be considered as one.
• Offer excludes residential projects with floor areas larger than 400 m² and commercial projects.
• Winners will be contacted by email. Winner may be asked to present proof for the building practitioner license.
• Winners to claim offer by 30 June 2021. This will also be the last date for installation as part of this offer. 
• The installation date will be booked in agreement with the assigned local PinkFit® licensee and subject to availability. There should be buffer of at least two weeks before the planned install date. The pre-line inspection date should be shared with the assigned PinkFit® installer.
• Additional travel charges or site charges may apply. A prior site visit may be required before installation depending upon the site requirements.
• Prize is non-transferable.

Pink^® Batts^® Prize draw - Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of the following terms & conditions. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees of Tasman Insulation New Zealand Ltd and its agencies plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. If a winning entrant is under 18 years old, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
2. All completed entries must provide email address to be contacted in the event they are drawn.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or submitting an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
4. The prize draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the event date/promotion end-date (being the date of the physical event, or the promotion end-date as stated in the promotion materials accompanying the promotion, as applicable, which you acknowledge receipt and acceptance of), after any required consultation between the Promoter and the event (co-)organiser/stakeholder, but in any event no later than 5 business days following the event/promotion. Ongoing prize draws will occur quarterly. The first eligible entry/entries drawn will be deemed to be the Winner(s). If a Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion that Winner will forfeit the prize and another prize winner will be drawn.
5. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
6. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Entry is deemed to be consent to use the Winner(s) name and photograph for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes if required without compensation and copyright will be vested in the Promoter.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion.
9. Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently.
10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasman Insulation New Zealand Ltd and its related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost(including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a prize.
11. It is a condition of entry that entrants consent to the following.  All entries remain the property of the Promoter.  All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information (including any business contact details) to conduct the Promotion and for its own future promotional, marketing, database and publicity purposes (which may include disclosure to, and use for equivalent purposes by, other members of the Fletcher Building group of which the Promoter forms part), which may include the sending of electronic messages for the purposes of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.  Entrants have the right to access and request correction of personal information held by the Promoter.
